Antoinette Chukudebelu


Antoinette Chukudebelu is Managing Director of Talent for Relay Graduate School of Education. Antoinette is responsible for overseeing Relay’s performance management, professional development, staff culture, employee engagement and home operations strategy to support, develop and grow Relay’s staff. She helps staff and leaders maximize their impact and drive towards organizational and individual goals. She brings 14 years of educational and leadership experience to her work. She has a passion for learning and development work and supports a culture where coaching is a key cornerstone in helping staff grow and develop. She also works to foster a diverse and vibrant workplace at Relay. As co-leader and a founding member of the Diversity Steering Committee, she helps lead Relay in a direction to ensure Relay’s culture and practices are aligned with the vision of becoming the most inclusive and diverse Graduate School of Education.

Antoinette was previously the Senior Director of Talent Development and prior to that a founding member of Relay as an Assistant Professor of Practice. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher in the New York City Department of Education. Her love for working with people, vision setting and being a lifelong learner are elements she continues to cultivate as Managing Director. She received an M.P.A. from New York University, an M.S.T. in Early Childhood from Pace University and a B.A. in History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. She also holds a coaching certificate from Columbia University.

Antoinette loves to travel, decorate cakes and spend time with her husband and three children in Brooklyn, NY.
