David France is an active performer and an innovative educator. He has worked with some of today’s most popular artists, including John Legend and Quincy Jones. In 2009 he became the Concertmaster of the first orchestra auditioned on the internet, the YouTube Symphony. This belief catalyzed the launch of Revolution of Hope, a nonprofit focused on social impact through the arts in the inner city of Boston. He has been featured in Time Magazine, NBC Nightly News, and has recently spoken at TEDx Fenway and SXSW in Las Vegas. He is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music’s Sistema Fellows Program, which trains socially minded musicians to become leaders in the movement to bring “Music for Social Change” programs to the United States.
